Division of Special Document Communication of the Office of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan

The Division of Special Document Communication of the Office of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan was established in order to provide the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan with high quality, rapid and reliable communications and information and to supervise the fulfillment of the Rais’s (Head) instructions on this matter.

The major tasks of the Division are as follows:

• to provide the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan with rapid special document communication with the President of the Russian Federation;
• to provide the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan with special means and channels of communication in ordinary working conditions, as well as in crisis or emergency situations;
• to guarantee the safety of the special communications and to protect the special documentary data of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan;
• to process and analyze the information flow and the online resources that come through the channels of special documentary communication and to prepare the reports about the received information for the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan;
• to control and to render counselling assistance in accordance with specifics of the Division during the cooperation with public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan;
• to provide consultations to the public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the specific issues within the competence of the Division.
