Department for Anti-Corruption Policies of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan

Department for Anti-Corruption Policies of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan is established for the purposes of enforcement by the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan of authorities in the area of organization of anti-corruption activities.

The major tasks of the Department are as follows:

• Implementation and enforcement of authorities in the field of anti-corruption policy by the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan;
• Exercise of functions of the State ad hoc body in the matter of implementation of the anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Tatarstan, as required by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan referred to as “Anti-Corruption Enforcement in the Republic of Tatarstan”;
• Preventative control of corruption in the State bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and organizations established to take on the tasks raised before the State bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
