On 2 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev took part in a business breakfast organized by the Novikom Bank on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Energy Forum Energoporm at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.

On 2 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Energy Forum Energoporm in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev and the Administration of the Iranian Mapna Group Company discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and  prospects of using Mapna Group competences in implementation of potential projects in power industry. The Group in the largest producer of main power industry machines in Iran including gas and steam turbines, electric generators, boilers, electric systems and control systems.

On 31 March, speaking at a regular meeting of the Association of Facilitating the Digital Development held at Kazan Federal University and which discussed prospects of the AI development in the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic must become the advanced Russian center in AI.

On 30 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov tooks part in a ceremonial public worship dedicated to Eid al-Fitr held by the Mufti of the republic Kamil Samigullin in the Al Madjani Mosque in Kazan. 

On March 29, speaking at a regional meeting held in the Government House of the republic by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported on the implementation of regional and federal programmes for the repair of hydrotechnical structures, apartment buildings and socio-cultural facilities.

On March 29, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional meeting, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that a two-month cleaning and environmental campaign starts in Tatarstan on April 1 and instructed to pay special attention to the sanitary cleaning of public spaces: parks, squares, embankments, courtyards and water protection zones.

On March 29, speaking at a traditional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to ensure security during the celebration of Eid al-Fitr.

On 27 March at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the capital of Russia, and Russian Minister of Construction and Housing Utilities Sector Irek Fayzullin discussed preparation of a meeting of the regional State Council Commissionо in the sphere of Infrastructure for Life, which Rustam Minnikhanov is the head of on an errand from Russian President Vladimir Putin. 

On 27 March in his address on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of work of Tatarstan State Council, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated members and old stagers of the Council and residents of the republic with the event and said:
