Reception of citizens applying to the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan is organised by the Department of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan for Processing Citizens’ Applications. The reception is carried out without prerecord in the zero entrance of public office of the Kazan Kremlin every working day except for days off and holidays from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m.

The issues of personal reception of citizens by the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan are examined on the results of an interview arranged by the Department of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan for Processing Citizens’ Applications.
